The staff were accommodating, they provided free water, and helped guide us and advised us on the best options for transportation. The hotel is located directly next to a metro station, which was the main source of transportation we used. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Alhough, we didn't have breakfast throughout our stay but the menu list is fine. The location is superb, quite but a bit far to the commercial centre.

It is truly a wonderful and very elegant hotel The hotel's location is one of the best in Istanbul, as it is close to the center of Asia My family and I are very thankful for the hotel's customer service. They really have a very wonderful service ( Mr. Kenan ) is the authorized person in the hotel. He is a wonderful and very kind man who serves the customers a lot Thank you and all your employees at the hotel I give them 100%

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception area and rooms were clean and tidy. We opted for a family room with a sea view. Although there was only two of us we wanted a bigger room. The size of the room was great. Plenty of space to sit and relax and the room was quiet with no noise from next door. The room was also air conditioned. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We used the spa facilities and only the gym, sauna & steam were include. The hamam and massages were extra however they ranged from £15 for a body scrub to around £35 for a 50 minute massage which I found reasonable. Location wise it is around 10km from Kadikoy however there are a lot of local malls and food places which you could walk to. Taxi’s are easy to get and everyone uses their metre unlike in other areas of Istanbul.

The hotel is very clean and staff are really good abd responsive. Parking is always available which is big plus in Istanbul. Thanks to Meral.

Yes the staff are very friendly and considerate to my first time traveller needs. The staff at reception are very very very helpful and Elif at breakfast always greets with a happy smile and warm greetings when I come for breakfast every morning. Staff in all relevant departments have assisted me and helped me out enormously. I am trying to remember everyones names so I can thank individuals if I can. That is why I stay an extra time. Thank you.

The room was really spacious. I asked for 2 separate beds and the staff gave us a big room with 2 beds. The breakfast was nice and the view, of course, too.
